Now, to be honest they will get stomped by the top 4-5 NPL level teams but so would all of the current U13 girls Premier level teams. No shame in that.
For being so far removed from the major metro markets they have built some nice teams in these younger ages and their facility is first rate. It's a long drive, but it appears they are starting to put some talent together.

driving south
I agree, however well they would compete outside Oregon, its nice to see that competitive teams don't just come from Portland. Well done RVT.
My daughter's team, from Eugene, ended up second to the U13 RVT team in 'premier' and one of my biggest disappointments with the OPL break up is that there won't be a NPL division next year with two non-Portland/Vantucky teams in the mix. Would have liked to see how true home and away would have impacted some of the stronger girls teams in the OPL.

With that said, the RVT & Eugene girls are going to get to take their shot at 3 of the top current NPL teams in Eastside, WA Timbers and Copa TS. Those are going to be big challenges for sure, but also big opportunities for them to see how they stack up. You can glean some info by looking at how BSC did this year moving up to the NPL. They have really struggled to get results, but they are probably also getting better by playing those top teams. At least, that is what you would hope.

For the record, both RVT and EUG thumped BSC all summer long and the last time this age group's Eastside came to EUG, on the way to their state cup win last spring, they squeaked out at 2-1 victory with a last minute goal.

It is just hard to justify for all of the other teams to drive down to Medford to give the RV teams a butt kicking. There is not much in it for the other teams to come down to Medford.

Boys U11 to U14 = zero teams
Girls U11 to U14 = zero teams
Now, Rogue Valley Timbers did have several girls and boys teams finish at or near the top of the Premier Division and congratulations for that. But, most of the Premier division teams are nowhere close to the quality of the top 4-5 NPL teams.

I am not saying this hasn't happened, as I don't follow all games at all age groups. Maybe Medford based teams are regularly doing this in summer tournaments as this is the only place you would be matching up with the the top NPL teams since you are not playing them in Fall league play.
But, if Medford teams are not regularly playing these top teams than you have no idea how they match up. For example, look at the current U13 girls NPL division. BSC won the First Division at U12 (renamed Premier Division for this Fall at U13). After moving up to NPL this Fall they compiled the following record of 2 wins, 10 losses, 2 ties. That is a very solid BSC team and would likely finish at the top of this year's Premier Division had they played there. But, the jump from the top of the Premier Division teams to the top 4-5 NPL teams is huge.
For you to say that "leagues are politically determined, there is no real ranking based on skill, it is just your own little illusion to believe as you do" is not looking at the actual on field results. Well, unless you have some to provide us. If those successful weekend trips to Portland while beating Premier level teams turn into consistent losing weekends against NPL level teams, the shine will quickly disappear from your Medford players and parents.
Be careful what you wish for. Those top NPL teams are no joke and simply "competing" with them each weekend gets old when you rarely win games. Be proud of what your boys and girls have accomplished, of course. Nothing wrong with that. But, to come on here boasting that the competition is in Medford makes you look foolish.
