Hope ***C can get someone to loan them the money to actually install the turf they've purchased. But, of course, after 6 months of trying, they still haven't figured out how to get a permit to place an office trailer at Harmony so don't hold your breath that they'll have the turf down any time soon...

C'mon, now. Why the vendetta? As a long time Westsider, I look foward to reading posts for good information about the outcome of games and players' successes.

This obsession about trash talking an area that participates in our area's soccer is pathetic. Someone asked a legitimate question and received good information from some in return. Let's focus on practical, mature, and resourceful information on this forum. To inundate a forum with trash talk is so counter-productive.

Let's focus on good discussion to keep this forum a legitimate resource.

What good does it do to build beautiful fields if you can't even get to them without an off-road vehicle?

It does stink you can't drive 25mph through the parking lot anymore. As far as field conditions go it's going to look like a cow pasture with the weather we have had. I know all those new hybrid washing machines out there don't have a mud cycle.

        Premier Fees Up???

I was told that ***C Premier Fees are close to doubling next season. Is this true that the cost to play at this club is going to be around $2,000.00???

WOW, I guess that's the cost of 4 DOC's and turf fields.

Is it only at ***C that they would have A team players guest on the B team so that they could beat their D team in a meaningless spring league game, especially given that the B team is folding this week?

Very true, it's too bad the leadership there is reactive and not proactive, had they been proactive im sure this could have been avoided didn't they have something like 6 teams at u12? That's a lot of girls if they did.

What age is this? Costs won't double for most. However, many of their A teams are going to be reclassified into Tier one teams and charged almost double for those.

Their Tier cost are going to remain the same as they did this year. This year they had zero Tier 1 teams at tryouts, I have only heard of 1 age group (the 99's) that may go to Tier 1 which would raise that teams price.

No increase to fees this year....$1091 for tier 2 teams
                      $650 for tier 3
                      $350 for tier 4
$325 for u10 academy - which has been very successful
$250 for u9 academy - another successful front with almost 100 kids
$175 for u8 academy - something new I hear starting this coming year

There will be one tier 1 team next year in the '99's....cost is $2k

Have they announced a coach for this team?

For $2k, there are several other clubs in the area that I would go to first.
