Here's an idea. Maybe start creating the schedules a little earlier than normal. Because every year, the same thing. It's not rocket science.

Last update before the schedules drop: The clubs are currently having a look at the schedule and getting us any revisions to field availability and what not, and we are working through resolving as many coaching conflicts as we can.
