"solid chance" is a bit if a stretch. Would have to win all 4 remaining games. Not saying they can't, but not really "solid" about the chances. Can't catch EMFC even if they win all 4.

Yes. The PML is jointly adminstered by OYSA and WYS. Until now, most of the teams in the PML were from southwest WA. That will change in the spring when the PML morphs into the new Timbers league.

Good luck with that...and congrats on struggling to stay in the top five. "Near" the top....uh....no...not so much. You're funny

When the league consists of 8 teams, usually the phrase "top 5" is not used since #5 is actually in the bottom half of the league.

Reality is FCSC is THUSC for the 4th and 5th spot

Please don't bash me for asking a question. I just was wondering if anyone knew any real information. I am not interested in people opinions on where Vancouver teams should play, we can save that for a different thread.
New for this year: WA teams playing in the OYSA Spring league will qualify for the OYSA OREGON State Cup.
Should be an interesting conversation at the FarWest Regionals should a WA team be representing Oregon. Ex. Washington Timbers GUxx : Oregon ???????

Of course the only reason for a WA team to do this is that it will be far far easier than trying to win WA state cup.

I hope this happens...it will strengthen our State Cup

Maybe a little easier, but the OR teams did well against the WA teams in NWCL this year. The gap for the top 4 has shrunk in my opinion.

Did you play the top Washington teams?

You don't sound like you know much about wa teams besides nwcl.

Spokane, wpfc, nwn, PAC nw, would all be top 3-5 in opl and that doesn't include rush who is about as consistent as Eugene.

Xfire Crum is top of RCL 1, with EFC second. The OR teams competed well against these teams, why would I think that they wouldn't also compete well against Spokane, WPFC, and PacNW? RCL used to whip our buts top to bottom, I think the gap with the top 4-5 OR teams has closed, but again that is just my opinion. I don't think the WA teams in the NWCL should over look THUSC though.

According to the most recent RCL div 1 standings, yes.

Completely disagree. The Wa teams are clearly a step above. The gap is the same. The only difference is that scores tend to be lower as the kids get older. So it appears that the gap has closed some, but truthfully, it hasn't.

You just never know in soccer. Anything can happen. That said, it would be a major upset for THUSC to come out champion.

What is your evidence that the WA teams are "clearly" a step above?

The OR teams competed very well with them in US club regional, crossfire nike, and nwcl.
