G99 NPL Fall 2013-2014

I was always told that sports doesnt make ones character on the contrary it reveals what ones true character is and helps a young athlete to define who they are. With hard work and dedication they become better on field and as people of the field.

After reading all the posts on here about FCSC it seems to be a group that is better left intact. Hope they find someone to lead this group if infact Tina is leaving. They need to stay together and grow.

the only way FCSC survives is if they redefine themselves......they are trying so hard to be a Premier Club when there is truly only one Premier Club in the area as defined by WSYSA....the others are select clubs trying to be Premier.....
there still needs to be more consolidation in Clark County....FCSC should look to merge their club into ***C.....it will increase the rec base and consolidate talent

I don't think a merge needs to happen. It will happen naturally. As FCSC slowly fades, the top kids will move to ***C. When that happens, there won't be enough money to keep expensive DOC and coaches around. They will either fold or will need to completely re-define themselves. Maybe as a volunteer club similar to Pacific?

With what she did this and last year, it might be a good thing if they want to keep players from leaving.

What really should happen is that Salmon Creek does rec only and directs their better players to either Pacific or ***C as appropriate. And then Pacific should be directing their best players to ***C also. However, getting the rec to select to premier pyramid to actually work will take a lot more leadership than is presently in place at all of these clubs.

Problem is their were 6 or 7 girls that played for the 99 reds last year that didn't want to play for the coach any more. People will go where they feel the coach is a good fit for their DD development. People should look at coaching, not necessarily club.

They could be a suitable club but they keep getting coaches who steer people in and right back out. Look at what victor did when he was there and what Tina is doing now. Pretty bad actions that leave the club looking like shambles. If they were to swap everyone out, I'm pretty sure fcsc could be a bigger thorn in the side of ***c

Once that victor guy left after the rumors about him biting a player you'd think it would end but now the B team coach is gone and you still have Tina who tends to lean to cheating last year along with sitting players for the sake of her kids pt. ***c better hope that this still continues or they could lose players too as I don't know how people even accept those fields or promoting of kick and Chavez

Kick and "chase"? If that's what you meant than I disagree with you as all teams play kick and chase and unless you watch every game which makes you a weirdo, but all teams play that.
