Looks like Jesuit can't score either. Any score on Beaverton v Southridge and Westview/Aloha?

Top 4, IMO: Jesuit, Tigard, Sunset, Tualatin

It certainly wasn't for lack of trying. Both keepers had good games. SRHS 1, BHS 0 and they still haven't posted a score for WVHS vs AHS.

Agree, except for the Tualatin vs. Tigard game. Tigard has not played a competitive team yet. Tualatin 3-0.

Both teams tried to attack. JHS had much better opportunities to score, but couldn't get it done. Vast majority of the play in middle half of field or Sunset's defensive end. Sunset did a very good job of getting 5-6 players in box to defend. JHS blew chances to score repeatedly.

It is an open forum so you can post about any league/team you want. Can't help it if other leagues followers are too lazy to post. Don't blame us.

Agree, except for the Tualatin vs. Tigard game. Tigard has not played a competitive team yet. Tualatin 3-0.

I see Tualatin has played some powerhouse teams like Sprague and Forest Grove. The only real teams they have faced were Jesuit (lost 3-0) and Skyline (lost 5-0). I'll stick with the original posters 1-0 Tigard prediction.

Grant and Lincoln were also good wins for Tualatin. I go 1-0 Tigard as well, but TUalatin is a good team.

Never a doubt about Tualatin being a good team. Personally I just wish they had a little stronger of a schedule because it would accomplish 2 things; 1. it would squelch all the haters. 2. it would toughen them up for playoff time.

Still, even with that, I too am going to go with Tigard. I just think physically, they have the slight advantage. my2cents.

I agree. This will be the last year the tualatin glides in an easy league. The new 6A Three Rivers league will be tougher than the Metro

They are a decent team, defensively speaking. Newberg played them last night and had a tough time with their D. However, I found it pathetic that one of their forwards spent 90% of her time offsides. Nearly every single run they made was called by the ref for offsides. He missed one call and of course that resulted in a goal. They certainly take their chances...and if that's the way they have to play to win, whatever.

Didnt they win by 3 or 4 goals agabst Newberg? This makes it sound like they won by only a goal which was not the case. SOmetimes fast forwards get called for off sides alot when the defenders are much slower.

Yes, the score was 4-1. Trust me, we watched her stand offsides and wait for the ball to come her way, then make her run. She and one other player tried that on so many plays, it became hard to keep track of how many times the ref called it.

I know of a club team that uses that same ploy to win their games. I guess there are some teams that win by playing fair, and some teams that are coached by idiots, who hope the ref is as stupid as they are. IMHO
