To judge an entire tournament off one bad event is pretty rough. Plus from the location of these two programs it seems like there was so past bad blood between them.

Why would you say that ? You dont know me or my family. Im sorry that yous kid(s) and their team(s) sucks so bad that youll never get the opportunity to attend. But thats not in the cards for the rest of the state.

Since my kids are 7 & 9 this year, I got a bit of time and a lot of training before their ready and able.

Hardly any Oregon team gets invited, including your own, so not really an issue is it? My kid actually won the right to play there a few years back (when we lived in another state) but chose not to go. Didn't seem to make much sense to fly there for 6 year olds to play in a tourny. However, many people around us did it.
