WST had no need to cheat especially in a Clash of the Borders tournament.
Look at the record prior to the match:

Center ref says after the first 5 PK shooters, "sudden death..same 5 are shooting again"
WST TS Coach screamed out asking validation and Center ref confirmed.

After WFTC only complained on 2nd round shooters "ONLY" when they lost PKs not during the shoot out... interesting timing.

Center Ref broke down in tears after being confronted by both coaches and field marshall. WST TS doesnt care about the lost but how the ***C coach acted screaming age related remarks loud enough to have parent side hear and laughing off with his bench. Basically rude and disrespectful.

WOW..just watched a video from someones phone about this last night...that Westside Timbers Coach is a jackass! he was all over the place.
I couldn't hear everything said but looking at body language it is pretty obvious that the ***C coach was the more composed of the two.

I confirmed that ***C DID NOT use the same kickers twice....that is a bogus claim....so #10 did not take two penalties....

What idiot would have penalties taken twice by certain players? That is the craziest thing I've ever heard!

If the referee told the Westside Timbers coach that he could start out with a 3 goal lead and play with two GK's would he question it and with confirmation go ahead and do it?

Come on boys and girls, don't you see how ridiculous this is.

yes...center ref broke out in tears because Westside Coach screamed aloud that the ref was a liar and a cheat! I almost walked over there to help the young ref but it looked like there were some respectable/intelligent people with integrity handling it so there was no need.

I have video showing 2 WST TS shooters and 1 ***C shooter take a 2nd round of PKs per ref instructions. Only way to prove it is ref's score card that documents the shooter's jersey# and O or X stating if they made the PK. Center Ref should have object when and if this was not allowed when he noticed on his score card. Only in Vantucky that this was allowed.

And control was taken - Tournament director made the correct call, Westsides coach broke one of the more simplistic FIFA rules - the rule is comparable to how many players are allowed on the field during a game - answer is 11. I wonder if the ref told him that coaches could take the 6th kick that he would step up and take it :) LOL

I am a parent of the ***C team. The player #10 you are referring to did not take two Pk's.
