Because Cony and WST have a history of spreading lies during tryouts in an attempt to hurt THUSC. This has been going on for years. Cony has been caught numerous times and this is the norm for how that club operates.

Really? Considering that he has to walk around on the coaching side and help evaluate at tryouts when did he find time to "spread lies" in an attempt to hurt THUSC? I have been evaluating at every single tryout since Cony arrived in Oregon. Never has he said anything about another club during tryouts.

This is the second time that you said that he "has been caught numerous times...". When? Time, date, place. I dare you to say again that it happened at tryouts and OPC meetings.

Tell us the specific lies and to whom they were said. I know him personally, and I know how he talks. Let's see how what you say compares to what if anything he likely said.

What about WST? When you say WST, who are you talking about? Coaches, board members, parents, players, friends of players? If your accusations were true where are the sanctions, reprimands?

Cony had to formally apologize a couple years ago about spreading lies concerning THUSC's field status with THPRD. He was caught calling parents and posting misinformation on this site.

There is also a pattern of attacks on THUSC around tryouts every year on this blog. If you look, you will see they purge this site regularly so you can't refer back to the old posts.

Wst will have the better team long term but thusc is a better team now. Better than FC in their final game overall.

FC Beat THUSC who beat WST - WST was not a good side in spring or in State Cup but they are going to drastically change? Hmmmm

This entire thread is funny! FC will remain on top EMFC if they keep their players will remain in the Top 4 and LO and THUSC will compete to make the finals. VT will be very good and will be fun to see in summer how all of these teams do against each. One thing is for sure WST will not compete against any of the these 5 teams!

So it's only bullying if you pick on the WST girls team? I guess you see nothing wrong with WST starting a thread trying to again rip on THUSC. Is WST really going to have to send out another letter of apology?

It sounded like the WST parent said enough already AND did not trash talk are make assumptions. So why do you still carry on so? Let it go. When did WST have to send out a letter of apology and why?

Last year because he kept telling parents that THUSC lost their fields and were going under. He claimed they'd have no teams left. Several parents wrote a letter to the OPL board and WST had to send out an apology letter.

What about other clubs, other individuals, maybe even from your own club? What better campaign to generate interest in one's own club by possibly posting negative comments and letting people believe that it came from another club.

News for you-prior to this forum, there was the oregonlive forum, the gotsoccer forum and others. People from clubs everywhere talk about other clubs before and after state cup and tryouts. Time for you to stop believing that that comments of some forum posters is the work of specific individuals. Enough already about Cony, TA, so and so's dad. Think about the kids, their team of choice and their love of a game. Quit trying to ruin it for them.

They may do OK this Fall because they ended up in last place in Premier League which pretty much guarantees them a spot in 1st Division so they can win a few more games.

Not sure if they will even be top 4 in 1st division consider they lost to RVTSC in the Spring. RVTSC was in 5th place in 1st division last fall.

As long as this forum stay an anonymous forum it will continue. The other option the sane people have is over on the Washington forum where you can still trash other clubs but since you must register to post at least everyone knows who you are and over time can just ignore you and your trash talk.

Sometimes stats can lie, but not in this case. They just are not very good. I don't have a DD at THUSC but I could not image why someone playing at THUSC would even entertain the idea of going over to WST.

Because wt actually does better at the older ages and have had more success in the past ten fold. Thusc may have a good team or two at the younger ages but older ages wt destroys them
