U.S. Soccer wants to only pick the oldest/biggest ones to take the most advantage of RAE. Don't worry though, the fall 2003s graduate HS the year after the older 2003s so they won't have to compete with them for college spots like they do for ODP spots.

The pre encl teams would never allow a friendly vs the odp state team. They would lose and it would wreak havoc with the marketing of their ultra-expensive program.
