I don't agree with you because half of what you are calling talent are exactly the players that will drag the whole team down and prevent the better players from playing soccer at the highest level. To me it would be better to have one Academy team staffed soley with the best. That might leave a lot of these girls out so it wouldn't be a popular option for all.

But then you would only have 25 parents who could come on here and brag about their kid being the best. That would not work for you pretentious parents. You need three or 4 teams out there competing to be the best.
