I wonder if any of you posting this crap stop to consider the girls can see it.

My daughter played for Tina this year. She played more early on than she has recently, and I'm mostly ok with that. Could some things have been handled differently or communicated better? Absolutely.

Tina is a good person and a good coach. She's still learning. My daughter loves her and learned a lot from her this year, both on and off the field, including the value in admitting when you could've handled something better.

Quit criticizing these girls and this little club. And if you're a parent on this team, talk to the coach before you post in an anonymous chat room. Grow up.

All things considered, it was a great year with great kids and families. The girls worked hard and exceeded everyone's expectations, and should be proud of their accomplishments.

Kudos to you, one of the few parents, who choose to see the positive! I too am sick of the constant berating and slandering of team coaches, individual teams and the girls themselves....in more than this age group.

Keep the positive attitude....you're teaching your daughter a valuable lesson. Good luck to you both!

Wow. Can this thread have any more of a similarity to victor?

Someone gets on and starts a thread, probably Tina, defending because she did so much crap this year. Does anyone see this? It's pretty evident how ridiculous salmon creek parents are. Some are leaving after the inexcusable garbage that happened and you seem to think she is a good "coach"?

There is in no way you can justify how much she didn't care about the development of her players to win games. She cheated on some circumstances to get wins. Until FC Portland called her out and seemed to care about the kids more than she does.

She may be in trouble for the way she used guested players more than they should be as well as for recruiting people she talked trash about prior telling her own families they were better off without them.

You can think people are stupid enough to believe you are anyone else but Tina trying to cover her ass.

There is only one place a person with no coaching experience besides assisting victor himself can be an adoc...and that is fcsc with parents who seem to be ok with anything and everything happening to their kid.

Justify that? You are a disgrace for even insinuating it was anything more than an inexperienced person with their develop and ethical compass screwed up.

You don't do the crap you did to kids and get away it by saying some blanket crap on here.

The difference is. I'm not a blind mule who keeps coming back for more.

I doubt they get anyone to replace their kids. They are losing more than they are getting for sure.

Top players won't go there.
Next group of players are smart enough to know they won't get any better leaving.
Third group of players have either heard or experienced enough to know that is not a place to be.

They don't make a full team let alone replace ignorant loyalty.

Allowing girls to play on both U12 and U13 is not a big deal. Not sure why everyone is freaking out.

Making kids sit the bench during meaningless league games and indoor games to watch 12 year olds and coaches daughter who have played 2 games already in the weekend is a big deal.

Never played them but i know that the Nwcl spot wasn't even theirs. It was the team that left who earned it. They don't get the nwcl spot this year though. We got it fairly as they tried to cheat to get it and we almost lost out on it. Such a shame.

I think the poster you commented on was from lake Oswego. I bet their is a huge opl base that know about what jokes fcsc are. They did try to screw lake o for a nwcl spot to beat FC Portland. Everyone saw the abuse with guest players.

I'd question heavily if your not just a fcsc coach trying to muster any kind of blind support.
