Here is what I don't understand. If Tina is a great coach, why is her emphasis so strongly on recruiting players from other teams?
She is working hard to get Valencia, Reds, Liberty, Pacific girls instead of coaching her own "winning" team to greater successes.
Is she a recruiter or a coach? This is youth soccer, not the Professional leagues. Acquiring players shouldn't be a coach's emphasis.

The MAJOR difference is what they do. Do you attract players based on the team, coaching, club, opporunties, results of development not nessisarily winning but is important I imagine, not the most to our family.
After you attract do you inform them of exactly what you are or do you sell something you can't guarantee or an idea.
That's what her deal is. She sells ideas or tto everyone including us but does it on a massive scale. When i wouldn't buy insurance from her, I'm sure not going to buy an idea when what she did last year was a complete shambles to the kids who bought in as we would have this year.
That's why she and that club turns over so many, people get sold on everything to get them to come over, then it never turns out to what was promised and people leave.
If you really want to find out the truth. Dont listen to the insurance salesman or distractions, look at the actual insurance.
We know all too well about this.

Do you think the good kids who started with the team were SOLD on idea that happened this year?! Not informing us at a team meeting when it was to effing late.
I'm talking about her selling us on the crap that she did so we know not to do it ahead of time.
Reminds me of joe

Three Eastside players have played there
Clackamas players picked up late in season
Fcpdx players guest playing at tournaments
***? And she is not recruiting
It's like the EPL Transfer window open all year long

It sounds like people are successfully getting scared away from this program.
After heavily recruiting players, winning a State title (albeit a B level one), and trying her old trick of bringing professional players to a pre-tryout practice, she still only has 20 girls at her kickaround. You have to ask yourself why she has to try so hard.
Smart players are heading to Timbers, Pacific, across the River, Rec. Anywhere else.

Ignore the facts. You'll see. Come on here next year after you've seen through the sales pitch and you will have a different story to tell.
It sounds like she brainwashed another one who hopes their dd will be a star.
