OPL to Sanction FCSC and Pacific FC for Guest Player Use Abuses

Actually as recent as May 2010 and the day before tryouts a nameless FCSC coach informed the doc, board and his team's parents that he was leaving to coach for the VT and his team was going with him. And the result was a "big nope" with the VT doc being sanctioned, fined and put on probation by WYS for one year.

Even more recently in March 2012, the infamous Vic 'biter' Garcette/Usher informed the FCSC doc and board he was leaving to coach his then GU-13 at WSA. WYS again got involved and reinforced its rule about not being able to leave and coach a former team for 1 year at a different club.

These are Washington state youth soccer rules and aren't necessarily in coaching contracts although they probably well should be. What seems more damaging to the beautiful game locally now is that there is too much control by self serving 'docs' without stronger accountability by the club boards.

Four of which have a boss now....it will be interesting how those four DOC's will react to being accountable for their work, because the new boss has connections to DOC's that would blow out all of the DOC's in the PDX area.

The dude has worked in AK and Bend Oregon, he may know some other good coaches around the country but they would have to want and leave their position to come work in Vancouver of all places.

So that bodes well for Wa timbers B team. One would have thought the entire Valencia team was moving to fcsc based on all the chatter. Sounds like most will stay w ***C, combine that w the best liberty players and whoever else may show and the B team is still the 2nd best team in SW Wa, easily.

Rojo means red in Spanish. A few rojo players. Two ex nemesis/reds drop outs but no actual reds players. Good numbers considering. Probably most trying out for the VUSA.
