Good private training that can truly help develop my teen?

Hey all! I have a kid who wants to take their training to the next level and do private lessons. We've done them before with someone who is highly regarded but honestly their communication is virtually nonexistent as they are super nonresponsive and there is no follow through on what they say they will provide in follow up communication and I cant help but feel they just aren't interested in coaching my kid unless they're already high level. Would love to hear other people's experiences in the Portland metro area and any coaches they recommend.

I wouldn't spend a dime on private training unless your kid can juggle the ball at least 100X without stopping. Isaiah Escobedo is good for technical development.
