Up a man for a half and conceded 2 goals and then miss a pk and have a pk saved while and it’s the refs fault ?

I am not a fan of Jesuit by any means but I am of soccer. I’ve called them soft for years but they beat you. They just did.

They weren’t soft when it counted.

Not commenting on the final, didn't watch it, but there seem to be a LOT of calls in front of goal in the last couple minutes of OSAA matches, especially if one team is down a goal--things that earlier in the match the refs would have probably let go.

Maybe the refs had warned enough and the players kept doing it?

But to tag along in sentiment, I noticed a few teams earned a disproportionate amount of pks through the season. One team was in the 5 A final and 2/3 of the 6 A teams I noticed all fell out of the bracket early so maybe the refs caught on to their tactics .

I noticed it too (the high number of PKS) especially in 5A tourney which had no less than 3 Quarterfinal games decided by PK shoot outs.

I wouldn’t say roll if they had to go to pks to win. But I really think they didn’t take McMinnville seriously in the beginning .

What is scary though is that team is young. Their best players this year weren’t seniors. They will lose VS to TA so that helps
