Nothing too shocking but didn't Lakeridge graduate a lot of key players? I'm sure they will be good again but I could see a temporary drop-off. I feel the same thing happened with Lincoln. Jesuit is my pick for the state champ again, will fun to watch it play out.

Central Catholic is not in the top 10. West Linn should be second and has a great shot. Sherwood also has some really strong players players and could have a good run. Franklin too.

I Agree with West Lyon , they’ve been growing as a team over the last couple years after losing to Summit.

I looked at Sherwood I don’t recognize any standouts. Lots of second team club players and one over rated striker that would be a second teamer on any other club where their dad couldn’t be so involved with BM. Am I missing something ?

Central only has a couple players so I don’t see them being great but their first test looks to be tonight .

I think Lakridge has the best chance to win from what I can see on paper.

University of Jesuit unfortunately will probably be decent. They look to be a pretty young squad and I recognize a bunch from Timbers academy and top club teams.

My dark horse is Grant especially after last years run.

Franklin is senior heavy and should have a shot at PIL and a solid state run. I think Jesuit will be the cream of the crop this year, adding VS to their attack is going to be strong.

Unfortunately, Jesuit--with all of its recruiting ability in an ocean of public schools--will likely come out on top. But I also agree that Franklin, West Linn, and Grant could all give them a good run.

Great player but can he hold up to the physical vs skill in high school soccer?

We'll have to see! By the way I think this code should work for half off the first month of NFHS if you soccer nuts want to stream this fall. AC-50424. Just worked for me. (It's a must for building recruiting clips)

He holds up daily training with T2. and TA u18, which is much faster and much more physical than the hs fare.

. 2 goals and 1 assist without breaking a sweat vs Central Catholic untouchable at the rec hs level, imagine how dominant he would be if wasnt playing with TA and T2 at the same time.

                  Party time.

I thought when he left our club he went to the rich kid club. I didn’t know he was playing at Timbers too. If he is training with them when does he go to school?

Grant beat West Linn 2-0 last night so strong start. Any other surprising results?

His 'club' is TA/T2, the neighborhood rich kids club doesn't attract much TA or T2 worthy talent. But they do chase anyone rejected by the TA and slide them into 'da club' displacimg paying customers.

UK Development methods in full effect.. when pimping privates fails.

Looks like you might be confusing the actual rich kids with the wanna be rich kids at United. BM texts and will take anything that has ever had a T on their kit.

I saw photos of VS at nationals with OPFC. Haven’t seen him in a Timbers kit in a while.

Beaverton beat Franklin! They are an outsider and have a decent pull on players.

In mid June my team was filling in for another team in our travel club and I saw him playing at SilverLakes for wsm in the ecnl R regional Championshi. I heard he was playing with the TA and T2 last month in pre season friendlies and daily TA training off Allen ave.
