    So Tired of the complaining

We all know we have choices and freewill. Stop complaining about the cost of soccer and bad coaching or leagues. You are a consumer with choices. And if it cost to much, do a different sport this is America and not the rest of world.

I agree, it's so unwise to call out the unregulated scam being perpetrated by the unemploylable grifters on the masses of parental rubes in metro PDX.

    SHOOSH!!

Until we have proper mental health options in this country we will continue to be subjected to these loons .

It's Oregon. Complaining and weak-willed parents are as common as rain falling from the sky.

The problem here is that people are distorting opinion and fact. People think they know about soccer or coaching or the combination of the two and expect the coach to go with their recommendations. If people knew their limitations and stuck to talking about what they know about, Oregon, and the world, would be a much better place!

I see a post that the Clash of the Boarder tournament sucks, the level is low and fields crap. The level is low for who? ECNL players. Not sure the Clash is designed for them. My question for you complainers is who should be allowed to play youth soccer?

Clash is a regional tournament, meant for local and regional teams, for skill levels from premier down to barely-better-than-rec.

It's not Silverlakes or Dallas Cup, and it's not meant to be. Duh.

So there is room for a "low quality of play" but high quality of fun for kids that just want to enjoy the game and make more friends? I am suspect of such but maybe we should give it a try this weekend.
