          I don’t think they’ll have to. The results speak volumes. I wish Oregon had strong youth soccer programs like Seattle.

                  I couldn’t agree more. Timbers Academy is nothing. It’s a one dimensional avenue that doesn’t expose players to real life.

                  if you want the best for your kids, send them to the best schools you can afford and support their efforts to become the best player they can. You can even take it one step further and force them to take up a life long game like tennis or golf for business purposes. Rich people play those for a reason (like it or not).

                  I’ve spent most of my life working for a large sports apparel company and I can tell you that the “Professional Athletes” that I meet are barely functioning humans because their patents allowed/forced them to take the one dimensional avenue.

                  These kids have unlimited potential. It’s us parents that are limiting them.
