Funnily enough, yes. We just paid it. Re-upped for another 5 years. We've had some issues with the site this week though.
ODP page was down. Then the coaching ed one went down. Then the sanctioned leagues.
Could it be technical issues OR, for the folks on this site....could it be some other sinister reason? Surely some of the tinfoil hat folks on this site have some theories...

revenge for using Stack Team App! What were you all thinking?
Teams opting out of continuing on to regionals in HI due to financials is not opting out of state cup.
Really, isn't the objective of entering the State Cup, the usys championship series to win it? or is it just another useless contrived cash cow pseudo event that is merely a reflection of the sham clubs that enter? Opt out is now the norm? No wonder tiny 3rd world carribean club teams made up of amateurs can push a world power to their knees on the pitch. Long live TNT & R.J.'s Jamacia.

Why play oysa winter league then too right?
There are Oregon teams that are qualified for nationals already so they shouldn’t play? Do you only want lower teams to give little Johnny a chance to win?
Again everyone of quality is entered and the ecnl teams have too so I’m not sure what you are on about.

Please take your meds
That's the question that is top of mind nowadays, why play in an oysa product offering, which is valid.
Matey, you are correct, progessive Oregon Soccer clubs have already chosen other platforms to expand their brand in the past few years. Causing the stagnant, left behind clubs to question what value or purpose does any oysa program offering actually deliver for their members..
Reality is the 'med' of choice for those of us moving forward.
A few clubs have chosen other leagues like ECNL and ECNL R, but they all come back to the OYSA Thunder Dome for State Cup. Except Girls teams Girls soccer is a complete nightmare

Playing in a home and away setup, in a one-off statewide jamboree of sorts, over a few weekends the usys founders, presidents and State cup fits into the majority of clubs year long calenders
The secret sauce to attracting teams is the oysa hasn't the cache, authority or consideration to subsidize or mandate teams that advance to the next round of competition (Regionals for Pres/State cups teams) to even have to attend.
After a year full of useless club team travel logged, we parents say thank you oysa for not forcing us us to pay for more even more useless travel with your national cup seies if we were to advance.
