It is absolutely true! He put people on the board who had players on his teams. A manipulator and ****house of a person. All this stuff catches up with you in the end. Look at the past DOCs and what they are doing now. THUSC was their little comfort zone. that had a board controlled by Tom.

Anyone think their A teams got better this year due to the Surf name. The 2010 Boys are better for sure

I know the girls side did not, from the 2009 ECNL teams and up. I would have thought some changes would have been made for the better, but still stuck in the same routine, with no game changing additions.

They still have teams without head coaches. They have such inexperienced staff. Parents who join this club need their heads shaking. Why? Do parents not do their research?

I'm not the poster but my daughter's team does not have one. She's with the 2011 RL team. It's TM at the moment.

Parents were desperate to get kids on a team. I know some felt like they had few options when other teams/clubs did not have enough to make teams.

Parental desperation does not excuse Oregon Surf for not have coaches for teams they formed.
