Watched the zoom video. The definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Why not ask the top teams at each age group to recommend players first? You will have a core group of players. 90% identified for sure. Then make an open tryout to find players who may have not been identified. I don't get the process. If you follow an age group you know who the 30 to 40 top kids are. And wasn't it going to be free?Comment

This is absolutely not true. If the clubs did work with ODP, then everyone would say it's just playing favorites/politics.
