I doubt many college coaches look (I hope they don't) at this website. I would assume that Scot Thompson, the DOC at Bridlemile Soccer Club is aware of your daughter's skills and may be of assistance in making some connections with college coaches. Either he or your daughter's coach will likely be of the most assistance to you and your daughter.
