Oregon Premier Football Club does so well in OYSA and is now in ECNL. Never done anything wrong and seem like a clean operation. Barely pay their admins Ray Nelson, Fraser Morrison, etc anything (I checked their nonprofit filing). Have all of the resources for their kids, including Veo. Are run by some of the best coaches in the state. What gives? Success breeds hate, I guess.

Because they act like elitist, EAL, E64 now ECNL R all just stuff to get more money for the same offering. Not really a community non profit but a non profit front to con more money out of the community to pay coaches.

there’s your answer. No one talks s*** here more than people from opfc. Not updx, not wsm, not fcp, not NW elite for girls or thorns for girls. Quit with the victim complex, it’s typical LO and it’s not a good look.

I’ve seen opfc getting better results and that’s why the posts are here. That and a disgruntled lunatic who got his name removed from being able to be mentioned here has way too much time on their hands .
Plenty of us at established clubs are just watching all the bs and laughing

I don’t think anyone “hates OPFC”. The club has historically been associated with high socioeconomic families who exhibit sideline blindness to their privilege. Hard not to cheer for the underdogs, aka teams with more underserved kids, in those instances.

Is OPFC the old South Side, Oregon Premier League / Oregon Premier Counsel holdouts, CrossFire Oregon, Elite Academy League, E64, now OPFC ECNL Regional League Founders?

With a history of 4 total titles in over a decade, hating this club is a non-starter--they actually bring joy to the entire state by being roadkill for all the other parity-ridden clubs in Oregon during the State Cup.
We will continue to love OPFC year after year, NOTHING changing that.
