Since OPFC 06 and WSM 05B won both State Cup and NWC...does that mean that the State Cup Finalist will get the State slot for regionals?

OPFC 04/05 also won State Cup and had already won NWC and were qualified for Regionals and Nationals. So, does that mean UPDX 04/05 will go to Regionals?

If I remember correctly, if the NWC champion also wins their State Cup, then they attend as state champions (the higher seeded position) and the NWC runner-up gets to go. But I could be wrong about that.

Clubs with ECNL did not send their ECNL teams. ECNL had league games going on during State. At least on the girls side. Those clubs sent their B teams, or RL teams.

Talking about the boys side United’s boys teams were their ecnl as confirmed by rosters

At the younger ages, perhaps. uPDX was a nonfactor in U14 and under, perhaps preferring ECNL over state cup.

In the high school ages, though, there's no ECNL as Washington's boys HS soccer season is in full swing. uPDX sent A teams to state cup, and only won one.

uPDX girls did well, but they are ECRL.
