It's not above board, which does raise the question of 'why' it isn't on the UPDX site.

Not true. It was in the contracts. Same for Thorns.

Why wouldn't UPDX use its own professional players from USL 2. Oh that's right they are not professional and they couldn't get a permission slip from their mom to attend.
