She allowed OPFC to cheat at Mt Hood cup last year by letting them play an older goalie down in the championship. Desperation by that team’s coach who also happens to be their infamous director of coaching. Succumbed to the pressure of OPFC because Mt hood is their tourney and she knows where her bread is buttered $$$ so she wasn’t gonna mess around. She’s able to sustain her success because likely 1) most of the clubs have passive leadership and don’t really look at the numbers 2) she gives kickbacks. Her sh!t stinks and she’ll get hers too, lot of cleaning up going on by the DOJ right now around Oregon youth soccer, big elephant in the room but will all come out soon.

She's the scheduler, aka "Tournament coordinator". She is NOT the Tournament Director. She has utterly nothing to do with refereeing, discipline, or eligibility. Dumbazz.

And as far as the various "kickbacks" allegations goes--that would be a serious allegation, if true, and an act of libel on your part, if not. Got any evidence? Or are you just blowing smoke on an anonymous message board, hoping that you're too small of potatoes for someone to subpoena the ISP and sue your sorry azz?

Would LOVE to see Valorie and the clubs she runs tourneys for open up their books so everyone can see what expenses these nonprofit clubs pay for with their nonprofit funds and how who’s making how much when she’s running “their” tourneys. No one is going to sue anyone when they know their sh!t stinks and their money-grab run would be jeopardized. But I’ve seen stupider people in youth soccer mess up ideal situations when they got greedy, so who knows
