If a club’s coaches banded together, they could influence so much. They don’t realize that they wield so much power. Want a board of directors, executive director or DOC removed? Don’t show up as a collective to practices or games for a week.

Would not be much different than most practices- I have seen way to many horrible practices ran by lazy coaches who really don’t care. Don’t fool yourself into thinking they do, only time they care is if you are putting extra money in their pockets through privates or “thank you” cards trying to buy favors and your little Johnny or Suzy playing time. Kids could run a better practice at the higher and older levels
