Is Southside PDL the only option for Portland area U9/U10 teams looking to play in a development league?

Sort of...Southside does their competitive PDL on Sundays in the fall, Keizer has a developmental PDL in the fall on Saturdays...but I believe they were combining their United SA program with a couple other clubs to offer a competitive PDL as well. OYSA launched a u10 PDL program as part of the PML this year but they combined with the u11s in a developmental grouping (presumably u10s and lesser skilled u11s.)
FC PDX has done a u9/10 PDL in the spring. Otherwise I think those are the options in the greater Portland area. -
