Doesn’t Rochelle coach at bridge city? I bet there are tons of kids selected from there.

US ID is as political as it gets and what’s even more funny is that maybe 1 kid actually ends up going further and it has nothing to do with their club or team generally.

1. Thorns academy history is there for anyone to see. It’s not good. They couldn’t even get enough players for the older teams and weren’t the best in the state at any age including every club in Portland and Vancouver WA. This isn’t new news and they’ve been out committed by OYSA and ECNL clubs since the start.

04 eastside and a anyone in top 4 OYSA was better than thorns
03 crossfire United was better and 03s thorns couldn’t fill a healthy team let alone be successful.
02 Washington timbers, crossfire United and fc Portland was better.

you may want to consider looking into this as most people figure out really quick that the thorns deteriorate over time and the name isn’t good enough to justify how bad or unorganized they are.

2. fc Portland is a joke and could be sued for false advertising. They don’t have one team that would win OYSA state cup let alone GA or Ecnl. It’s an embarrassment and crazy to think how much people are paying to not be developed and lose to random teams at different levels.
