OK, so cruising through some scores I came across a 15-0 in OYSA D1. OYSA doesn't have any rules for this sort of thing and goal differential is a tie breaker for standings. But should their be? What are the unwritten rules for this sort of thing? Personally I'll have my players modify their style or we'll implement certain tactics we're not very good at; we might score but not at will to help keep it respectable. Just wondering what other coaches think about this. I also question why a 15-0 at D1 is taking place. Clearly 1 team is in the wrong division.

For tiebreakers, goal differential (for both winners and losers) is capped at 4 goals. Thus a 15-0 victory counts as a 4-0 victory (and an 0-4 defeat for the loser) for computing goal differential.
But mismatches happen.

That winning D1 team was probably loaded with club-passed gold players who needed to stroke their egos.
