Especially the out of district WST players who travel miles only to find out the game is cancelled because the grass fields are soaked. I can see the irony in that also...

Imagine how long parents are going to pay WST when they get told they no longer have a monopoly on the turf fields. OUCH that one is going to hurt BAD! No Wonder Cony is rumored to be looking to leave!

If you knew what the parents of high level players are looking for and willing to do you would know that first they want a great coach, second a stable club and third good fields.

What you have ZERO comprehension of is that WST & THUSC use the PCC Rock Creek turf as well as the 158th complex. What you also don't get is that there are other fields in Beaverton like Tektronix and Nike that are potential alternate sites but and UNLIKE lazy AUSC parents the Mom's & Dad's of quality player's are used to driving where ever they need to to get the best coaching.

You would know all of this if you belonged to a top premier club rather than AUSC.

There's also the Timbers facility that can be used. I know THUSC and WST are currently using it.
