Great job girls for making to the Championship. Girls played hard and are playing well and love the fact that we will play 6 games vs getting bounced after 3 games at Surf. I don't think any other OR girls team at this age has done this well in one of the larger tourney's in CA

First, congrats on making it to the finals and good luck against DeAnza! I am glad our club goes to Surf! FYI we earned out way to San Diego by winning NWCL. We may have only played 3 games, but this tournament is some of the best clubs in te country and it gives us a "measuring stick" as to how we can compete against the best. Our last 2x games against DeAnza have been 2-1 and 3-2, we are close but not there yet.

This is so laughable!!! You played one top quality team and lost 5-0. Hey if you want to play lower level teams and win good for you. Last time I checked you get better by playing teams that are better then you. Long way to travel to play one good team.

Sherwood Girls - Congrats on a successful tourney. Sherwood parent, you should have stopped typing after the first sentence because the remaining text shows your lack of class. FYI, Onyx girls did make it to the championship of the Arsenal Tourney where they lost in double OT.

I am glad we played in the California US Club Regional vs playing in the Northwest because we know that we will face teams like DeAnza (loss 3-2), South Bay, Santa Rosa, etc. I am also proud that we EARNED our spot at Surf, but know we still have some work to do in order to advance against the best teams in the country; just ask Crossfire because in the last 2 years they have yet to win a game and score a goal at Surf.

Its funny how the Sherwood parent always has to make a post anytime a little success comes their way. I never read posts from Rush, LO, FC or Eastside whenever they do well. Eastside made it to the final foue in the Crossfire Challenge with Washington and California teams and did anyone come on here to brag? No just goes to show class vs trash. Once again i feel sorry for the Sherwood playerd who have to constantly be humiliated by the stupid parent.
