Because this is the Timbers DOC's "retreat". Nothing like partying it up in the S.F. area on the players dime!

It's a club thing! Timbers take over a couple hotels and it's a party! Teams support each other at games. Pretty cool! Timbers everywhere! Players are required to wear Timbers gear at all times. Did I mention Timbers everywhere? You may have your differences with Sunny but this is smart. This is where the Timbers "kool aide" gets served!

It is so much fun when the entire club shows up at a event. We are Oregon Rush and at the big tournaments there are so many Rush players, coaches and parents that it makes it really fun. During the President's Del Sol this year there were 10 Rush select teams and at one of the games around 300 Rush spectators formed and it became so rowdy that extra security was called in. So much fun!!

It's always a good time when youth soccer spectators get so out of hand that extra secruity is needed. I'm sure the tournament organizers are just thrilled. Probably can't wait to see you year after year.

It's a fanatastic event, great club culture buidling opportunity. Older girls mentoring younger girls, cheering for each other at games. The players and families really look forward to it. Timbers girls teams have been showing well there over the last few years and the Mustang community really embraces the Timbers. Competition is fierce. And Danville and the surrounding areas are beautiful....

Great job girls for making to the Championship. Girls played hard and are playing well and love the fact that we will play 6 games vs getting bounced after 3 games at Surf. I don't think any other OR girls team at this age has done this well in one of the larger tourney's in CA

Don't get ahead of yourself. You couldn't get bounced because you couldn't get in!!!
