Are you? Or maybe the problem is that you aren't taking your meds. You seem to be experiencing delusions and creating alternate realities in your mind.
Perhaps you should stop accusing everyone of being on drugs and they won't think you're the one that's paranoid.
Reality check: I am not a man. Not all parents are male - there are these people called moms too (ie., female).
I do not take drugs. My kids don't take drugs.
The kids at the clubs that your kids don't play at are not on drugs.
Their parents aren't on drugs.

I'm so sorry that your daughter faces competition and that you struggle mentally with it on a daily basis. That's how all sports work, you know, competition. You can't go around accusing everyone of using drugs just because you don't like competition. Perhaps you should seek counseling for this problem you have?

OSSA, you should take offense to this.

Why? There is no bragging as I'm sure all the teams looked to add or drop players to make their team stronger. Predict as you will, but these teams dont take the field until 2013. I don't know what other teams look like and we really won't know until the middle of winter league. Our girls are happy, dedicated and proud to be playing for a solid club. Three teams for the U15's.

Just ignore the other poster. It's the type of stuff you see from the Westside parents all the time. They just can't help themselves. They know they lost some very talented players and are just finding ways to rationalize why some of the better players left and they stayed. The mentality to lie and cheat starts with the DOC and works it's way down to the parents. Most of the girls are wonderful, sweet and nice. It's their parents that are insane.

Wow, I would like to move this thread beyond the last 10 or so posts. I sure hope that we move beyond this type of stuff this year. Fingers crossed.

Sounds like WST Copa came together as CT wanted it to come together.
FC had some nice pickups to an already good team
OSSA pulled together LO and SS and then added some players from a few other teams
Have not heard much regarding EST or Thusc. Does anyone know the final outcome with those two?
Also have not heard anything about Bend, but I suspect they will have the same team as last year

Judging by all the comments on here it seems as if the nightmare parents are still at Westside. The lies, slander, and gloating haven't slowed down a bit since tryouts.

We had the greatest group of girls and parents at FC for the first 4 years and there was never drama or arguing or anything like that. Then U15 year came, new coach who recruited a ton of girls from Westside and a Vancouver club. From that point on, it was nothing BUT drama, backstabbing, jockeying for position, politics, favoritism. Things went down hill from there -- it became like every other team and the special comradery and bond that the team and the parents had before just disintegrated. The WSM and Vancouver players and parents were like poison -- and added very little skill in the grand scheme of things -- instead of adding a few strong players from those clubs for some needed depth without impacting the overall chemistry and dynamic (and Philosophy), it was overhauled and decimated by the newcomers selfish "boot-ball" style.
