Modesto, CA might bring more competition. I would suggest Mustang, Arsenal, or Crossfire.

The type of tournament your players go to depends on their age group. Are they younger (U10-U14) or older (U15-U18)?

If they are young, there are a few decent tournaments locally they can do. All the coaches here seem enamored with the Crossfire tourney but I've never been impressed -- mostly local teams go up there so you just play who you'd play down here but are paying the travel costs. LO cup is better, imo.
