    CFC Cheaters!? no way!

you dont want to try out for this CFC team ... they are cheaters. you dont believe me follow this link. they had to forfeit two games for tempering with a player card. they took a card, removed the original picture and put another one so they could use a player.... and all OYSA did was give them fine. are you kidding me OYSA?!!!! this type of behavior should be punished by not letting these coaches set foot on a soccer field ever again. and now they are state champions????

The fines to the club hit their pocket book. In most cases, coaches loose their jobs or are faced with paying the club back.

and did the player make a difference in the outcome ?

Whether the player made a difference or not, fielding inelegible player knowingly would consitute ground for a forfit.

Agreed, but we are talking about OYSA aren't we? Any OYSA supporters want to come on here and defend their lack of duty?

Dang, I thought all the Keizer soccer club haters had gone away. I think Keizer wrote the book on counterfeit player cards a couple years ago with the junior hot shots. The former hot shot coach got in all sorts of hot water over that one.

it happens everywhere. Didn't SSC get in trouble a couple of years ago, by the same coach twice ?

IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.... the coach is the same guy that coaches CFC Boca Jrs and CFC Atlas. you wonder to what extent he goes to win games. these two teams put together have won many state championships....makes me wonder....

I agree that it shouldn't happen but I wouldn't just assume that the coach had anything to do with it. Coaches don't generally handle the player cards.

Cutting a picture out of player's card and replacing the picture with another kid. If true . . . no it really doesn't happen everywhere.

I hope the kid had no knowledge of how they were able to play because imagine the message that is being sent to the kid here.

It teaches them life skills! They are only practicing for the more important immigration card!

Whether or not the coach handles the player cards is completely irrelevant. That must be some pretty pathetic coach who does not know who is on his team. It is the coaches responsiblity soley. your comment is weak.

And you think that manipulating the player registration system by altering a players name just slightly and changing the birth year is any better ?

Im not defending anyone, but pointing out that this is not just a singular club/team issue.

And SSC a couple years back manufacturing altered rosters indicating a player had been on their team before the freeze date, then the next year allowing a player to play on a team that the coach knew he had played on another team at another club (a year up) under a different name during the same winter league. This was the same coach in both instances. He got caught.

But to blame a whole club is pure jealously. It was the coach, manager and players parents that should have known better.
