U12G (this years) Much stronger - good pick ups!

Boys U11 weaker

U11's - Stronger

Our whole boys side has had a complete make over. I am very pleased to have my son playing at this club. The DOC seems to be very knowledgeable and caring about the players. I also saw that we had an incredible U10 pool of players. I'm excited to see what pans out. Good luck to everyone.

Is this question for coaches or for parents who just assume their players should make the team because they were on the team the year before?

Our U11 boys team is weaker...they must have gone to your club:-). Good luck this year!

u11 Girs much stronger, didn't expect it as we are typically a weaker girls club

I like reading all of the responses. I'm curious as to whether teams continue to streamline or whether they flatline at a particular age (especially for girls).

Our U13 girls got stronger. Dropped a few who were falling behind and picked up girls that were several calibers higher. However, our team could have been stronger. A few girls chose to stay on a lesser team (in the same club) to play with their friends. Does anybody else see that happen? Does it ever happen on the boys side? Do they ever change their minds? Or, do their skills just diminish? Only 2nd year of this so I have no idea how these things work.
