    OYSA going forward

As we can all see from the message board OYSA is desperately trying to get back into competitive soccer. As OYSA has disclosed they are running at loss again this year.
OYSA has made attempts to lure the OPC back to the OYSA and run the OPL, the proposal never had a chance, why would a successful operation want to give up its profits for no other reason than to save the competition.
So let’s all try to help OYSA and US Youth Soccer interest in Oregon. What would you do if you were OYSA to regain its competitive soccer position in Oregon, or do they need to? Maybe they should focus on rec soccer, or the non premier soccer teams like classic and rec and leave the premier to the OPC. Why focus on a small number of customers when you might be able to rule the vast number of teams competing in that classic / select / rec demographic.
Is it time for a leadership change?

    OYSA plan

First they need leadership that is for sure.

They need to focus on every team outside of of the OPC 6 yes 6 The top players will be focused into six clubs, OSSA, THUSC, FC, Timbers West, Timbers East and Timbers Vancouver. OSA and PCU will be on the outside looking in.

The Timbers DA will be the top dogs and on the girls side it is already in the 6. If you want to play at the top levels or premier first choice TA then everyone else, girls THUSC.

Creating a select type league and state cup or based on skill level president cup for those clubs would seem to be the best approach for OYSA.

If the professionals at OYSA need the help of the experts on this forum, they have bigger problems than I thought. I say, let a dead dog lie!
