Hey, a BIG THANK YOU, to the ass who said Barca won. In fact, they lost to FC.

      Even their supporters are weasels

Yep it was FC 3-2. It wasn't the best soccer for either team in my opinion. Barca took a 2-0 lead and relaxed. FC moved the ball around very well but couldn't quite finish early. Second half FC scored 3 goals. One of the goals should have been contested as the FC player kicked the ball out of the Barca keepers hands. Goal should not have been allowed but in all fairness FC was the better team that day and deserved the win. Became a physical game towards the end with 2 yellow cards given.

These two teams always have a good battle and either team can win on any given day.

          It's been a while

since WSM Barca has beaten FCP Navy in league play. WSM posted two wins as U11's in the Fall league. Since then (Spring 11, Fall 11 and Spring 12) FCP Navy has 4 wins and 1 draw in 5 matches with WSM Barca. A fun to watch, tough competitive match up.

Too bad the WSM coach had 5 of his starters sitting the last 15 minutes of the game.

It wouldn't have mattered. FCP has Barca's number.

Don't think so. WSM coach doesn't play to win in the spring. It's all about equal playing time and player movement.

I couldn't believe the size difference in the two teams though. FC has gotten really, really big. Problem that FC has is they only seem to have one kid who can score. All the goals in the game were kind of garbage goals.

Who is the WSM (WST?) coach? It sounds like he has his priorities straight.

FC has always coached to develop players. If you look across the board at the younger ages they are having quite a bit of success winning games now too. (See all teams at all younger age groups qualifying for Champions League). Please don't insinuate that their "priorities aren't right" just because they are winning some matchups now.

I didn't see any part where anyone said that FC didn't have their priorities right. Simple fact was WSM coach didn't have 5 starters in at the end of the game. FC had all their starters in, including their only goal scorer. Both of WSM goal scorers were out. That is not saying anything bad about FC. Both teams are very good and everytime they play it's anyones game.

Sorry, I did not mean to insinuate that the FC coach did not have his/her priorities in the right place. I'm sure they have a good coach too. Sometimes its nice to hear that coaches aren't always out to win. I didn't hear anything negative about FC just something I liked about WSM. Peace.

I looked at the OPL website and it looks like it is Danny Barlow....
