WOW! Oregon Rush beats Lake Oswego to not only play spoiler but they are also in the hunt to move on.

Nice job Rush . . . but might have to prove yourself one more time and get a win or tie against Eugene to go to semifinals. Always appreciate an underdog, so I'm rooting for you.

When did they say they were going to Surf or going to for sure win State Cup? The Bend group has played each of the top teams tough at times, looks like they got LO today. Good luck to them next week.

I don't think the LO parents said they are going to San Diego for Surf Cup.

They said they have a vacation house in San Diego.

I am pretty sure no one from their side said Surf Cup.

So the semi's appear to be shaping up as everyone expected - Rush can still get there with a tie or a win - but that will be a tough challenge on the road.

Semi's will be:

LO vs. THUSC - this could be a good game - LO playing better these two teams don't appear to have played since last fall - and scores show close games.
FC vs. EMFC - I predicted earlier EMFC would make it to the finals and will stay with that for now - FC is very sound defensively but pressure can get to them

Playing at Hazelia Field was a "tough challenge on the road" too. These girls have been improving all year and are peaking at the right time.

I had earlier picked EMFC to win the whole puppy. In light of recent games, I'm going to switch things up.

EMFC should be back on track and needs a win to advance. Unless Oregon Rush plays 7 behind the ball at all times EMFC should pull it out. 2-0 EMFC

FC Portland vs BSC Portland 99G Black
FC Portland should take care of this up and coming team however in a game that FC doesnt need to win to move through playing time for all players could hold the game close. 2-0 FC

WSM Fuego vs RVSC Velocity
Have not actually caught a RVSC game this post season but this will be a competitive game close match 4-3 RVSC.
