    What happens after OPL?

I'm relatively new to this, my daughter is playing soccer at the U11 bracket. What happens after U14? Is there an equivalent to the OPL? Does everyone leave and play for their High Schools?

    Thanks in advance!

OPL runs leagues through U18 for boys and girls (not sure what oysa does these days). The number of teams drops significantly at U15 as kids give up soccer. If your child is interested there are teams through high school. The club teams take the fall off while high school soccer is going and pick back up in December.

I have scanned the OPL web site and don't see the leagues for the older kids. Are the standings of those leagues located elsewhere else?

The leagues run during the winter and spring due to the fall being the high school season. Lots of cold wet games to watch as your kids get older. Club runs from late November until the beginning of August when high school picks up. When your kid gets to high school you get your fall weekends back.

Indeed, the taxes aren't high enough for me here.

The High School (with their actual school team) season is still going. You should try to go to a playoff game or two if you can. It is great to watch and get an idea for what it is like.
OSAA had the championships on their website live last year. It's pretty exciting to go, but if you are like us and go to lots of games, its fun to stay home and be warm for a change.

Clubs start practicing soon after this by December. Tryouts were in August for most teams, but supplemental tryouts are in Nov for some teams/clubs.

Club games start around the end of January so OPL will post schedules later. I am just going off my memory, you should be able to look at last years high school in the archives section to see how teams did. (or somewhere? I can't find anything either?) Always interesting to look. Things change every year of course.
