Tonight the 107ist made a substantial contribution that will help two local players have what they need when they report to the US Soccer Residency program in Florida next week. Their selection to the residency program is a tremendous accomplishment for them, their team, their coaches, and their club. The players are Alex Segovia and Rubio Ruben both of WSM Galacticos. The players couldn't be more deserving and once again the Timbers Army steps up to support Oregon soccer.

I'm surprised the local media hasn't picked up on it. Seems like a big deal for two kids from the same team to get invited to the national residency camp.Comment
