Does anybody know which team is better? Eastside,Emfc,Willamette United or Portland Fc? From my point of view it seems that the Emfc team and the Willamette team are the good ones here.any Opinions?

U14b
FC Portland is a pretty good defensive team; they also had some players drop back down that were playing up a year. At times they do have trouble linking to their forwards and can struggle scoring goals.....however it will always be a close game as I said they have good defense.
Eastside is a decent all around team; they have been splitting their A & B team up (fairly evenly) and so it is hard to gage them. They got some new players from tryouts and could be really competitive.
Eugene is fiesty. They can be really on and hungry or they can be off and cold. Don't always know what team is going to show up. They had an okay showing at US Club Regionals; based on scores it looks like defense let them down.
WUSC is a good team; they play pretty good all around. They have a couple players that are really good; but they have a good team around them. Midfield is tough and defense and goalie don't give up many goals.
Who will be the top team?
I think FC, Eastside or WUSC would be your best guess.
It will be interesting how Eastside gels together after playing split.
FC and WUSC won't give up many goals; so should be some close competitive games between the 3.

Come on! Have you seen Emfc lately???? They beat Crossfire 2-0,Boise 2-1,Westside 6-0. Although the other teams are very good,Emfc is better..

They got beat 2-6 by Crossfire B team, beat 2-5 by WUSC Arsenal and beat ECFC 3-0. It doesn't get more lately than that.
Are you talking about last years U14 going to be U15?
I am referring to last years U13 going to be U14 as I assumed that was what the original poster was asking.

Yes the scores are true and EMFC Boca can beat any team they want but sometimes they have a bad game and sometimes they have a good game but it seems they are the best team here.

seriously these are 13 year-old boys they are going to win some and they are going to lose some. I am talking all teams Eugene, Eastside, FC or WUSC.
These will be the top teams for this age group. I would rate Eastside, FC and WUSC higher.....but Eugene is definetly in the conversation.
WSM, OSA and LO are the next step down. On a really good day they could beat the top teams....but just are not consistent enough.

In my opinion they are both the same Arsenal and Boca Jrs.
Although they beat them in Regionals, Boca was missing 3 of its defenders thats why they're defense wasent so good and there offense was pretty good.

1) Eastside
2) WUSC
3) WSM
4) EMFC
5) FC PDX
6) LO
7) OSA
8) A crap shoot from here on

I love classic posts like this one. It's like saying the Trailblazers were the best team in the NBA, even though they lost in the playoffs, they are still the best team because the Blazers have bad games sometimes and they just happened to have a couple of them in the playoffs. But if you look at the regular season, you will see that they had some five game winning streaks and that proves right there that they are the best team.
