    Athletic Development and Injury Prevention for soccer

    In talking to many coaches and parents within the youth soccer world, I know that people are always looking for some good SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) training and wanting to know how to reduce the occurrence of injury.

    I recently opened up a small business in Gresham, OR called River City Sports Performance and we specialize in just that. While I work with athletes from all sports, soccer is definitely my niche.

    Qualifications: BS Exercise science, minor in sports leadership. ACE certified personal trainer. USSF D coaching license. Head Coach of a successful varsity boy's soccer program.
