I'm fixin to get a plum job as a Preemier coach for one of yer local clubs. What kind of addvice can you give me?

I can yell really loud already and am working on my English accent.

Work extra hard at developing a HUGE ego, and don't forget to never ever forget that arrogance is what drives youth soccer today. You won't need an accent at all. Oh yes, don't bother developing any of your players, when your club can just cherry-pick at try-outs.

Private training is great. you teach the kids all the things their club coach doesn't.
i.e and for e.g. soccer
