    Tate gone at THUSC?

This is good, way too many coach reds, way too many cards from his teams. Youth soccer is about development not watching a coach get sent off time and time again.

Oh PLEASE do not start up with this again. MJ has been crucified enough from everyone in this small soccer community. Leave the guy alone.

Yes, from reading this board, we are a city obsessed with youth soccer...to a fault. Glad to know that most of the people posting on here are crazier than me. Keep Portland weird!

            I agree.

He is gone. I think this has been well publicized and I doubt he will find another coaching job in Oregon. If he does then it is up to parents to pull kids out of the program if they do not want him to coach.

He is gone. We should stop talking about the dead.

I agree to stop commenting on the previous Coach.
I do have a question though.
Did THUSC replace those two directors?
It seems the Boys side needs a lot of work. I wish them well.

I wouldn't be so sure. He has a lot of kids who loved playing for him.

......just a shame he's a fool!!!!! Soccer is not just about what you do on the field. He was teaching the players to have zero respect for others. Plus, he never won anything. Mercury would never have never won state with him in charge.

That is worst part about all this. These kids who loved playing for him probably looked up to him and saw him as a role model.

Let's hope the kids know how to love playing for him but that it's not OK to act like him. That can be a hard distinction for kids to make.
