I'm absolutely embarrassed to be an Oregonian after reading some of these extensive blogs.
As people, we all make mistakes. The first step is owning up to your actions and making a change. Do you turn away from your friends or family members who go through a rough time, get sick, addiction, lost their job? Judging people that you have no business judging... is this what you are teaching your children?
