C. Pacific, Shaphire, BSC, WUSC - is there any real difference between them?

Have not seen Rush play in to long a time to have any idea where they fit in among the top teams. Havoc and Galaxy do not belong in the top 15 let alone top 10.

FC Navy and Ireland-----interchangeable 1st and 2nd
OSSA---------definite 3rd (but very close 3rd)
Possession and Sunderland----interchangeable 4th and 5th
Bend----6th (maybe distant 6th to Possession and Sunderland)

I think its a two team race, FC and THUSC. Its very difficult to think anyone will beat THUSC, but FC might have a punchers chance. OSSA, FC Will, and Eastside are all about the same. OSSA has been average overall, and I think FCW has been pleasantly surprising after their departures.

FC and THUSC are 1-1-3 in their last 5 matchups with THUSCs 1 win in penalty kicks. Will be a great game to see.

In the last few months of play, OSSA has beaten Possession, Sunderland and Ireland. Some of those wins have been by impressive margins. In addition, they're currently 2nd in OPL's league play. Hard to consider that performance "average overall". Having commented on your flawed standard, I do agree that this championship is for Ireland or Navy to lose. But as OSSA has shown, other teams are catching them. State cup will be interesting when these U16 teams, including OSSA, finally field their full rosters.

I must be missing something. Why would anyone think that Ireland would not win the title. They have 20 current or former ODP players on their roster. Navy hasn't added anything to compete with that.

Ireland win the title hands down. Too bad Oregon Rush gets to go to regionals unchallenged.

No joke. The emeralds have had a load of injuries, but when you can replace a D1 athlete with a D1 athlete you just keep chugging alone to a title.

What happens when the emeralds get invited to Surf and they win OPL and go to nationals? Both are on the same weekend.

Just because they play for ODP doesn't make them better players. Many of the best players choose not to play ODP for many reasons. But if you are counting adds, OSSA added one ODP player, FC added two.
