    THUSC Survey

Does anyone know how to see the results of the survey that was conducted by THUSC?
Great idea though. Hearing the voices of your customers can sometimes be useful.

Wow, way to look for something negative to say. Acutally U12 boys did quite well and are now in premier where they won their first game. U14 struggled but U15 are looking good.

I'm sure this is true for any club. Can't make everyone happy. If that were the case kids would never leave their club. Overall I think THUSC will have very good comments.

Agree. Most clubs would love to have a balance in both girls and boys.

So what were THUSC clubs that made semi finals in NWCL the only option available right now to base claims on?

U12 boys went undefeated in Division 1 in the fall. They are 1-0 in premier for the Spring.
              U15 boys (playing U16 Div1) have 4 wins and 1 loss. They have a +13 GD.
U17 boys have 3 wins and 2 ties.

Their boys side seems to be improving nicely. It's going to take time to fully develop it but at least it's on the rise.

It seems as if you're rooting for them to fail. Very sad.

The Thusc U12 boys lost their first Premier game 1-6, but won their second game.

Gaff is not a miracle working. He can't make the boys program great over night

Amazing how we get amnesia when we lose.

True. But enough time has been had to be better.
What is being done to get teams for the age groups that don't have any teams? Nothing. I certainly don't want it to fail. I just don't like coaches that are dishonest when it comes to their background in soccer.

With the OPL recruiting rules that are in place how are clubs that don't have teams meant to gain whole teams? It takes at least 13-14 players to make a team work. Where do you just magic those numbers/players from? (Trying to make Rec players into classic players is not the answer either) I think this would be a very tough job to be honest.

The state of the club on the boys side has been bad for many, many years from what i know.

There do look like signs of improvement in 4 of the 5 boys teams so that is something to judge progress made by.

What happened to the U13 boys?

The THUSC boys team that would have played at U13 this year was pretty good and looked like they had plenty of players. Why were they disbanded?
